Position: Division Chair of Sleep Medicine

Role Summary

This is a full-time faculty position for a Division Chair of Sleep Medicine. This role combines clinical care, academic leadership, education, and research within a comprehensive adult neurology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide inpatient and outpatient patient care.
• Leadership & Service: Serve as Division Chair of Sleep Medicine; contribute to departmental, institutional, and professional committees.
• Teaching: Educate medical students, neurology residents, and sleep medicine fellows.
• Research: Participate in and lead clinical and translational research projects or clinical trials.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with residency training at an accredited institution.
• Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
• Eligibility for a state medical license.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and data-driven operational decision-making skills.
• Commitment to promoting a respectful, professional, and collaborative academic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship training and board certification in Sleep Medicine.
