Job Summary:

Supports development and maturation of the NGB enterprise Knowledge Management Program through KM governance, organizational assessments, training, knowledge-sharing, stakeholder engagement, and change-management activities. The position works with KM representatives and stakeholders to strengthen knowledge-sharing behaviors, assess KM maturity, develop enterprise KM products, and build a sustainable KM culture.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support KM governance working groups, program reviews, policies, standards, and enterprise coordination.
  • Conduct and analyze KM maturity assessments and recommend improvements.
  • Develop and track KM metrics, performance indicators, dashboards, and program-health information.
  • Facilitate KM working groups, Communities of Practice, workshops, seminars, roundtables, and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Conduct structured knowledge-capture activities including interviews, after-action reviews, and lessons-learned sessions.
  • Develop knowledge maps, knowledge flows, RACI/VENN models, handoff diagrams, and other KM products.
  • Support taxonomy, metadata, information architecture, repository stewardship, and content lifecycle initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver KM curricula, job aids, orientation materials, user guides, and training.
  • Support and deliver the Knowledge Management Representative Course (KMRC).
  • Support organizational change and adoption associated with KM processes, repositories, tools, governance, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, communications products, and recommendations for Government leadership.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements/Education:

  • Minimum five (5) years of demonstrated enterprise Knowledge Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with knowledge flow analysis, knowledge lifecycle management, knowledge architecture, taxonomy/metadata, knowledge products, stewardship, and governance.
  • Experience supporting KM governance structures, maturity assessments, stakeholder engagements, Communities of Practice, and KM training.
  • Experience developing or delivering KM curriculum and training.
  • Basic proficiency with SharePoint Online/365, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and content organization.
  • Must meet at least one of the following qualification paths: KMI CKM or CKS; APQC Certified Knowledge Manager; U.S. Army KMQC; qualifying Air Force KM AFSC; or bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Learning or Library Science.
  • Knowledge of enterprise KM governance and lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective adult learning and training products.
  • Basic proficiency with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.


Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience supporting National Guard Bureau or another DoD enterprise KM program.
  • Experience with organizational change management and adoption initiatives.
  • Experience developing dashboards, metrics, executive briefings, and knowledge products.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret Security Clearance required.

 Travel Required: Limited local travel may be required in support of NGB meetings, training, or other contract requirements.


The salary range listed represents the minimum and maximum compensation Nemean Solutions, LLC, in good faith, believes it may pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, education, qualifications, contract requirements, and other job-related factors.
