Business Analyst AML Specialist Consultant

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Business Analyst AML specialist, you will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, focusing on designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality solutions for AML processes. You will ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability across the organization, gathering business requirements from operational and compliance teams and aligning technical solutions with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business, compliance, and functional requirements related to AML monitoring and detection processes within the implemented solution.
• Work closely with operational teams, compliance, architects, IT, and other subject matter experts to translate regulatory requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical specifications, and build and share AML typology domain knowledge across the program.
• Analyze and redesign AML processes, such as alert triage and escalation, ensuring alignment with group and regulatory standards.
• Specify parameters underpinning detection logic like scenarios, thresholds, and alert workflow, ensuring shared understanding among stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project manager, architects, and team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.
• Design test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Actively manage requirements traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
• Participate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes, and deliverables, ensuring formal validation/sign-off by Compliance.
• Plan and execute the business analysis requirements management strategy, communicating, driving, and managing the business analysis effort through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Partner with internal and external development and technology delivery organizations, prioritizing dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Serve as a liaison to the business community.

Language Requirements:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Dutch or French.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

Education:

• Significant experience required. Master or equivalent by experience.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 4 years of relevant experience as a business analyst.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Experience with conceptual modelling techniques and methods, good expertise in MS Office, good understanding of IT and testing.
• Preferable: Familiarity with process modeling tools (e.g. BPMN, Visio).

Business Experience:

• Mandatory: Good understanding of workflow processes, experience with requirements management, strong IT conceptual and technical affinity, experience in a scaled agile environment.
• Preferable: Previous experience within a bank is a plus, knowledge of or affinity with AML systems and related configuration and tuning processes, experience in the AML domain in a project context.
