What you will be responsible for

 As a Client Service Representative you will responsible for:

• Collaboration and coordination in relation to account openings for the Bank’s branches
• Building strong partnerships with the Bank’s specialist departments at both global and local levels
• Cultivating trusted client relationships through proactive and professional engagement

• Driving the successful coordination of new launches across local and international markets
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment by actively supporting colleagues in day-to-day operations
• Playing an active role in project initiatives and contributing to their successful delivery

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Completed banking apprenticeship or a comparable commercial qualification
• Sound knowledge of securities and investment fund operations
• Fluency in German and a very good command of English
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
