Fikes is hiring a dependable, service-minded Route Sales Representative (RSR) to support customers in the Puget Sound Area.

This active, customer-facing position combines reliable service with opportunities to grow customer accounts. We’re looking for someone who notices the details, follows through, and enjoys being a familiar face customers can count on.

Highlights of the Position:

• Monday - Friday days with very limited weekends (planned ahead of time if needed)
• Company vehicle you park at your home
• Salary Base of $55k starting + Route Override Percentage + Commissions,
• Company Cell Phone, Paid Vacation and Health Benefit Plan, 401K with 4% match!
• *RSR staff make a minimum of $70k their first year & up words to $90K with consistent Sales Activity*
• Weekly Sales, Operational and Leadership Training

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company service vehicle to customers throughout your assigned territory.
• Deliver products and complete scheduled services with care and attention to detail.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and address their service needs.
• Recognize opportunities to introduce additional Fikes products and services.
• Complete service documentation and keep account information accurate.
• Manage route inventory and maintain clean, organized equipment and vehicle space.
• Coordinate with the office and operations team to resolve customer concerns.

What You Bring

• A reliable work ethic and a positive, professional approach.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to manage your time, work independently, and complete daily responsibilities.
• Comfort with a physically active role involving driving, lifting, carrying, and working at customer sites.
• A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Experience in route service, delivery, customer service, or sales is helpful.
