সোসাইটি ফর প্রজেক্ট ইমপ্লিমেন্টেশন রিসার্চ ইভ্যালুয়েশন এন্ড ট্রেনিং (সোপিরেট) একটি জাতীয় পর্যায়ের ক্রম অগ্রসরমান বেসরকারি উন্নয়ন সংস্থা যা বিগত ১৯৮৫ সাল হতে শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্য , প্রবীণ হিতৈষী, কৈশোর এবং দারিদ্র বিমোচনে ক্ষুদ্রঋণ কার্যক্রম বাস্তবায়ন করে আসছে। সংস্থাটি এমআরএ সনদপ্রাপ্ত (সনদ নং-01874-02086-00279) ও পিকেএসএফ এর সহযোগী প্রতিষ্ঠান হিসাবে পরিচালিত সংস্থার "নিরাপদ মৎস্য পণ্য উৎপাদন ও বাজারজাতকরণ” (Rural Microenterprise Transformation Project (RMTP) শীর্ষক ভ্যালু চেইন উন্নয়ন উপ-প্রকল্পের জন্য উল্লেখিত পদে সংস্থার কর্মএলাকায় গ্রামীণ জনগোষ্টির সাথে কাজ করতে আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের জরুরী ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ দেয়া হবে।

- মৎস্যখাত উন্নয়ন বিষয়ক কর্মকান্ডে জাতীয়/আন্তর্জাতিক সংস্থায় সংশিষ্ট কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতাসহ কমপক্ষে ০২ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা। ভ্যালু চেইন কর্মকান্ড, মার্কেটিং, বান্ডিং, মৎস্য প্রক্রিয়াজাতকরণ, নিবিড় বা আধা-নিবিড় পদ্ধতিতে মৎস্য চাষ ব্যবস্থাপনার অভিজ্ঞ প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার প্রদান করা হবে। ফিসারিজ বিষয়ে ০৪ বছরের স্নাতক বা ডিপ্লোমা ডিগ্রিধারীদের ক্ষেেএ অভিজ্ঞতা শিথিলযোগ্য।

- Fisheries
- কর্মক্ষেত্র: অফিসে
- বয়স: ৪২ থেকে ৪৫ বছর
- কর্মস্থল: কুমিল্লা, চাঁদপুর, নোয়াখালী, ফেনী, লক্ষ্মীপুর
- বেতন: ২০০০০ - ২২০০০ (মাসিক)
- বেতন ও ভাতা: সর্বসাকূল্যে মাসিক ২২,০০০/- টাকা হারে বেতন প্রাপ্ত হবেন। এছাড়া উৎসব ভাতা হিসেবে প্রতিবছর এক মাসের বেতনের সমপরিমান অর্থ এবং বৈশাখী ভাতা হিসেবে মাসিক বেতনের ১০ শতাংশ অর্থ প্রাপ্ত হবেন।
- ইনক্রিমেন্ট: প্রতিবছর সংস্থার মূল্যায়নের উপর ভিওি করে বার্ষিক সর্বোচ্চ ০৫ শতাংশ পর্যন্ত বেতন বৃদ্ধি হতে পারে।
- সদস্য নিবার্চনের ক্রাইটেরিয়া অনুযায়ী উদ্যোক্তা নিবার্চন, মাস্টার ট্রেইনার নির্বাচন ,লিড খামারী নির্বাচন ,স্থানীয় সেবা প্রদানকারী নির্বাচন ও উৎপাদনকারী দল গঠন। ইউনিয়ন পরিষদ, উপজেলা মৎস্য কর্মকর্তার কার্যালয় ও কর্ম এলাকায় সমমনা অন্যান্য জাতীয় বা আন্তর্জাতিক প্রতিষ্ঠান কর্তৃক বাস্তবায়নাধীন কর্মকান্ডের সাথে সমন্বয় সাধনপূর্বক উদ্যোগ গ্রহণ।
- নিরাপদ মৎস্য উৎপাদন বিষযক প্রশিক্ষণ, প্রশিক্ষণের মডিউল তৈরি,আধুনিক চাষ প্রযুক্তির প্রদর্শনী স্থাপন, বিভিন্ন পাইলটিং,ট্রায়াল, কেইস স্টাডি প্রণয়ন , গবেষণা,মূল্যায়ন, মনিটরিং ইত্যাদি কাজে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সরবরাহে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা পালন।
- মাঠ পর্যায়ে উদ্যোক্তাদের কারিগরী সেবা প্রাপ্তি , প্রাইভেট সেক্টরের সহযোগিতায় স্থানীয় সেবা কেন্দ্র স্থাপন , নিরাপদ চাষ উপকরণ সরবরাহকারী ও নিরাপদ মৎস্য পণ্য ক্রেতাদের সাথে চাষীদের কার্যকর সংযোগ স্থাপন ইত্যিাদি।
- মাস্টার ট্রেইনারের মাধ্যমে লিড খামারীদের গ্লোবাল গ্যাপ বিষয়ে প্রশিক্ষণের আয়োজন, সদস্যদের গ্লোবাল গ্যাপের গুরুত্বপূর্ন ইনডিকেটর অনুযায়ী প্রদর্শনী কামার মনিটরিং ও প্রয়োজনীয় পরামর্শ প্রদান।
- গ্লোবাল গ্যাপ ও হিসাব বিষয়ক নিরীক্ষার উদ্দেশ্যে উৎপাদনকারী দল ও মৎস্য প্রক্রিয়াজাতকারীদেরকে প্রস্তুত করা ।
- উদ্যোক্তাদের ব্যবসায়িক পরিকল্পনা প্রণয়ন, বাজার ব্যবস্থা উন্নয়ন, মূল্য সংযোজিত পণ্য উৎপাদন ও বিপণন ব্যবস্থার উন্নয়ন ইত্যাদি।
- নিয়মিত মাঠ পরিদর্শন , প্রকল্পের লক্ষ্য অর্জনে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কার্যক্রম মনিটরিং ও প্রয়োজনীয় পরামর্শ প্রদান।
- পণ্যের ট্রেসেবিলিটি বজায় রাখা , IOT ও AI-এর ব্যবহার, পণ্যের ব্রান্ডিং ও সনদায়নে উদ্যোক্তাদের সহযোগিতা করা।
- উদ্যোক্তাদের পুষ্টি বিয়য়ে জ্ঞান বৃদ্ধি এবং পারিবারিক পুষ্টিমান উন্নয়নে বিভিন্ন কার্যক্রম গ্রহণ করা।
- উপ-প্রকল্পের ভিসিএফ কর্তৃক অর্পিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব সুষ্ঠভাবে সম্পন্ন করা।
