Babysitting job in Prospect

My baby has an attachment to the breast and also isn't sleeping at night , I need assistance to help her detach from me and change her routine in order for her to sleep better , she also doesn't really eat solids , so I'm really hoping that whoever I pick can assist in that regard aswell, I'm looking for someone who will grow with my daughter and be here for the long term
