Engineering Project Manager (m/f/d)

TYTAN Technologies

The PACE is fast. The expectations are high. The contribution matters. Working at TYTAN is more than a job, this is a mission. We thrive, think big, and hold ourselves to the highest standard. Our mission and values guide everything we do, and we're looking for people who thrive on ownership, embrace challenges, and are energized by meaningful work. If you're motivated by impact and thrive in dynamic environments, you'll fit right in.

At TYTAN, we aim to set a global standard in autonomous air defense with AI-driven, cost-efficient systems that counter unmanned aerial threats at scale. We protect people. We protect critical infrastructure. We protect European sovereignty.

We are looking for a Project Manager with an engineering background, who thrives in dynamic environments, understands technical complexities and terms, and can drive operational excellence across fast-moving projects. In this role, you will work at the interface of engineering, product, and operations, helping us coordinate internal teams, align external partners, and execute mission-critical projects with precision.

• Own and manage key internal engineering projects from planning and execution to risk management and delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering to ensure milestones and dependencies are aligned

• Develop and track project timelines, KPIs, budgets, and delivery goals on time, on quality and on cost

• Serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and strategic partners

• Prepare project updates, flag risks, and communicate progress clearly and transparently across the organization

• Identify bottlenecks early and implement solutions that keep things moving

• Support the development of scalable project governance structures and continuous improvement processes

• Work closely with leadership to shape operational priorities and prepare TYTAN for scale
