Human Resources Intern - Role Description

This is an internship role in Human Resources at Vehom. This is a remote role, and the intern will work closely with the HR team. The Human Resources Intern will play a vital role in supporting our HR team. You will gain hands-on experience with a variety of HR tasks, including:

• HR management
• Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees
• Creating and implementing HR policies, writing guidelines and procedures
• Managing employee benefits
• Administering employee training and development programs, scheduling and coordinating training sessions, developing and delivering training materials, and tracking employee training progress
• Maintaining employee records and compliance documents, including employee files
• Providing support to employees and managers with a variety of HR-related questions and requests

HR Intern Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in human resources, business administration, or a related field (Bachelor's degree)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work remotely, independently and as part of a team
• Personnel management skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs
• Experience or knowledge of digital marketing is a plus
