What You Will Do
- You will recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving implementation of the Master Production Schedules
- You will ensure that the customer requirements are integrated into the system and any integration errors are dealt with and resolved
- You will identify & highlight large order variations between the schedules that were forecasted by the customer & those that are firmed up by the customer, ensuring that the data has been accurately supplied from the customer
- You will, when necessary, release picking lists for the customers’ deliveries
- You will monitor the safety stock levels and alert when the min / max levels are reached
- You will prepare the customs documentation required for exporting as needed
- You will meet the customer contacts on a regular basis (once a year for major Customers)
- You will accomplish other tasks as required
What You Will Have
- You will Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience, required
- You have a minimum of 2 years customer service or planning experience in the automotive manufacturing or warehouse industry
- You have experience working and formatting spreadsheets and have used an MRP system
