Working Student HR Operations (m/f/d)

At Webfleet, we are looking for a motivated Working Student HR Operations to join our HR team of 12 professionals, including Payroll Specialists, HR Generalists, HR Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition Specialists. You will support the People Operations and Payroll team in Leipzig while gaining hands-on experience in an international HR environment.

During your time with us, you will:

• Support HR administration processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, absence management, and benefits administration.
• Assist in preparing monthly payroll input and collaborate with our external payroll provider to help ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Become a point of contact for employees within your assigned scope, supporting employee queries and helping deliver an excellent employee experience.
• Maintain employee records in our HR systems and support the preparation of reports while ensuring high data quality.
• Contribute to HR process improvements and support initiatives involving process automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement activities across multiple countries.

To be successful in this role, this is the kind of profile we have in mind:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• You have an interest in HR Operations, payroll processes, and employment-related topics.
• Initial HR experience through internships, part-time jobs, or university projects is a plus but not required.
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a collaborative international environment.
• You have strong communication and customer service skills.
• You are proficient in both German and English, written and spoken.
• You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• An interest in process improvement, digital tools, and AI solutions such as Microsoft Copilot is highly appreciated.
• You are reliable, resourceful, and demonstrate a strong sense of ownership.
