Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data storage systems (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex and ambiguous challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in team collaboration and leadership methodologies.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience working with big data and real-time data processing architectures.
- Background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or data wrangling in a business context.
Day-to-Day
- Work closely with teams to define KPIs, create prototypes, and develop analytical frameworks for various projects.
- Perform regular data exploration and validation using tools such as Jupyter Notebooks or RStudio.
- Create and document machine learning solutions, preparing them for deployment.
- Partner with IT to build data-rich solutions that meet end-user needs.
- Attend team meetings to collaborate on upcoming priorities and troubleshoot issues.
- Regularly present findings and insights to stakeholders through visual narratives and impactful storytelling.
