Slim Chickens is hiring Nighttime Kitchen Team Members to join our team in Minot. This role is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and take pride in preparing quality food while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
• Assemble food orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas
• Complete nightly cleaning and closing duties
• Stock and organize kitchen supplies
• Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications:

• Ability to work evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required
