About The Job
We're growing fast and expanding into the GCC/Middle East market, with an initial focus on construction and other field-operations-heavy industries (facilities, logistics, multi-site operators), sectors where Jibble's product is a strong fit. We're hiring a senior, full-cycle Account Executive to own this market: prospecting, outbound calling, in-person customer meetings, and closing.
What you will do:
- Identify and prospect new business across the GCC, with a primary focus on construction and adjacent field-operations industries
- Run outbound calling campaigns to connect directly with decision-makers. This is a hands-on-the-phone role, not lead handoff to someone else
- Travel regularly within the region to meet prospects and customers face-to-face
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close
- Represent Jibble at regional industry events
- Feed market intelligence back to the team as one of our first people on the ground in the region
Who we are looking for:
- Native Arabic speaker, fluent in English
- Based in a GCC country (Dubai/UAE preferred)
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a genuine outbound/hunting track record
- Extensive cold-calling experience; comfortable and effective on the phone
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
- Self-driven, structured, comfortable building a territory from scratch
- Willing to travel regularly across the region
