The position requires a proven transformation leader with experience driving large-scale operational improvement initiatives across complex global organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements in network productivity, throughput, capacity utilization, inventory flow, labor efficiency, quality performance, and customer experience.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering leaders to optimize facility design, material flow, warehouse processes, automation solutions, and operating models.
  • Develop benchmarking strategies that compare operational performance internally and externally to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead assessments of operational capabilities, constraints, and performance gaps to prioritize investments and resources.

Continuous Improvement & Operating Standards

  • Establish and deploy a global operational excellence framework that creates consistency across regions and business units.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement through robust governance, capability building, leadership coaching, and Lean principles.
  • Standardize operational best practices and ensure successful replication across the global network.
  • Lead adoption of structured problem-solving methodologies and data-driven decision making at all levels of the organization.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Lean principles and tools, including Value Stream Mapping, process mapping, Kaizen, 5S, standard work, root-cause analysis, visual management, waste elimination, and process optimization.
  • Expertly use Value Stream Mapping and other Lean diagnostic tools to identify sources of waste, bottlenecks, variation, excess motion, unnecessary handling, and process inefficiencies across end-to-end operations.

Technology & Innovation

  • Partner with Technology, Automation, and Engineering teams to identify and deploy innovative solutions that improve productivity and performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, automation platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and industry best practices to strengthen operational competitiveness.
