About this opportunity:
Ericsson’s Early Career Program is an 18-month journey for recent graduates and candidates with up to five years of relevant experience. Through three rotations, including an international placement and market exposure, you’ll tackle challenges that matter and work alongside people who expect you to contribute, question, and move things forward.
The Innovate track is designed for people driven by building what’s next. You’ll rotate across Research, Product Development, Data, and AI, contributing to solutions that don’t just support the business but move it forward.
This isn’t a programme where you sit on the sidelines. From day one, you’re hired into a role, trusted to contribute, supported to grow, and expected to make an impact. Find out more about the Early Career Program.
Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Factory of the Future Lead, leading future factory transformation through AI, automation, industrial digitalization, and manufacturing technologies.
What you will do:
Drive future factory transformation within the assigned area, applying AI, automation, industrial digitalization, and manufacturing technologies to strengthen Ericsson’s long-term manufacturing competitiveness. Translate the approved future factory direction into clear objectives for your scope, and coordinate priorities, risks, and deliverables with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with related teams to deliver agreed results. Lead or coordinate technology use-case evaluations, pilots, and implementation activities within the approved scope, ensuring each has clear deliverables, owners, timelines, and success measures. Track adoption, performance, and business benefits, and use data and stakeholder input to recommend improvements.
Drive measurable improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, delivery, flexibility, and resilience. Support cross-functional adoption through stakeholder engagement and knowledge sharing, and ensure initiatives follow approved manufacturing, technology, security, and data practices.
