POSITION SUMMARY

The Pauma Heritage Quick Stop - Starbucks is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Starbucks team!

The Starbucks Barista is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality beverages and food items, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrates a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet      customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Prepare      and serve Starbucks beverages and food items according to established      recipes and standards.
• Accurately      take orders, operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, and process payments.
• Answer      customer questions regarding products, ingredients, and promotions.
• Maintain      cleanliness and sanitation throughout the store.
• Restock      supplies and rotate products according to food safety guidelines.
• Work      collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Follow      company policies, safety procedures, and food handling requirements.
• Participate      in required training and professional development.

Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High      school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No      prior experience required; customer service or food service experience is      a plus.
• Strong      communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability      to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability      to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends,      and holidays.
• Must      successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Must      obtain Starbucks certification within 30 days of hire.
