Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.
Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. - Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.
- Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
- Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.
Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Wed, Thu; Week 2 Wed, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements
Required
- Oregon RN License
- AHA BLS within 30 days
- ACLS within 6 months
- One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
Preferred
- BSN
- PCU and/or ICU experience
- PCCN
