INTERNSHIP - Finance Transformation Intern - January 2027 - (H/F)

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE: This internship will take place in Rueil Malmaison, at our headquarters starting from January  2027. The Finance Transformation team will guide tour through your day to day tasks and help you grow in your role,

We are currently recruiting for two internship positions, both sharing a common scope around user support, AI integration, communication, and Finance Transformation initiatives.

 

 

Common activities :

• 20%-40% Support end users Finance Controllers in their daily usage of the new application. You will take part in support and training activities in order to help end users to make the most of the new tool. You will also be able to identify the main issues encountered by end users and suggest any improvements needed.
• 5-10% Integrate AI within the current scope and the team current ways of working. You will participate in the definition of relevant use cases to deploy for the scope of our project in order to increase efficiency. 
• 5-10% Define and implement the communication plan regarding the project.You will contribute to the definition of any initiatives (presentations, videos, newsletters etc.) which aim at sharing about the latest project updates, achievements and next steps.

 

Job Description Design & Build: 

• 40% Participate in the activities performed for a large Finance Transformation program. You will contribute to Business requirement definition translated into digital solution specification, assist with testing (UAT), and help track project progress.  
• 10% Develop Power BI Dashboards: Design intuitive dashboards that enhance financial data visibility. Gather user needs, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and support data-driven decision-making. 

 

Job Description RUN : 

• 30% Participate in the activities performed for a large Finance Transformation program contribute to the Go Live preparation activities: Go No Documentation, test execution, follow up of incidents raised and feedback collection from end users
• 10% Participate in the definition of Indicators to follow up the RUN phase incident management, usage, adoption for all Live Application
• 10% Participate the Knowledge Management Plan for the live applications – Defining and implementing the target Documentation : Training, User guides, Business Requirements documentation

About You

For this position, we are looking for someone: 

• • Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months 
  • At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school 
  • Who feels comfortable working in English, both written and spoken, in an international environment 
  • Demonstrating curiosity and eagerness to learn about project management, controlling, and digital innovation in Finance  
  • Recognized for your proactivity, your autonomy, and your organizational skills   
  • Comfortable to communicate with people from diverse profiles   
  • At ease with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, PBI, Teams, etc.)
