Job Description

Responsibilities : • Create, review, update, escalate, and close Inquiry Records in GCHS. • Determine if the Inquiry Record meets the definition of a medical device complaint and escalate to complaint. • Conduct due diligence as applicable. • Monitor records updates. • Review auxiliary systems and import information into the inquiry.
