Bringing in a variety of big name shows and housing both the Dallas Mavericks and the Dallas Stars. American Airlines Center serves more than 2 million guests during 200+ live events each year. Performs administrative functions to the department and Guest Services Management Team to ensure operational success.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and responds to all Feedback via the website or app during non-event hours
- Answers multiple phone lines and email accounts, provides correct information or directs inquiries to the appropriate department; follows up when necessary
- Stays up to date with event information and FAQs from other departments
- Assists with team member appreciation, rewards, and recognition and distributes corresponding communication to departments building-wide
- Executes creative projects, designs, and materials for team member and guest experience initiatives
- Performs clerical duties such as copying and filing
- Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or equivalence (GED) required
- A minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a professional environment and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
- Must have excellent computer, phone, and communication skills
- Possess an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and take directions from more than one person at a time
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, use of hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, sit for extended periods of time and climb stairs
- Position requires the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
