Team members ensure data quality and accessibility while applying advanced data engineering and machine learning techniques. What you'll do:
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support business analytics and reporting needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Implement data governance practices ensuring compliance with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Design and optimize data models for various platforms including data lakes and distributed data stores.
- Automate data integration and transformation processes using modern tools and orchestration frameworks.
- Monitor data quality and provide guidance to ensure accuracy and reliability of data assets.
- Support continuous improvement by evaluating emerging data technologies and methodologies.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in data engineering, including building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data lakes, distributed data stores, and data architecture principles.
- Experience with PySpark, Databricks, Apache Airflow, and CI/CD pipelines for automated data workflows.
- Understanding of data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions aligned with data strategy.
- Proficiency in cloud and big data environments, with a focus on optimizing data integration and transformation processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $242,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
