The WWE has one of the largest and most engaged audiences in all of sports and entertainment globally. The Director of Membership Growth will lead the growth and optimization of a new digital membership product to serve that audience.

 

This role will own the growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention, with a particular focus on maximizing WWE’s owned fan ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong growth and lifecycle marketing experience with commercial judgment and product sensibility. This person be comfortable using data and fan insights to identify growth opportunities, improve the member experience, and help shape the product roadmap. Previous experience in subscription, membership, ecommerce, loyalty, ticketing, sports, media, entertainment, or consumer products is a plus. 6+ years of relevant experience preferred, but open based on fit.

 

Responsibilities

  • Own membership subscription growth, including paid members, revenue, conversion, engagement, retention, and churn.
  • Develop and manage the growth strategy across CRM, email, SMS, web, app, social, live events, and other owned channels.
  • Build lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewal, retention, and win-back.
  • Partner with CRM and Data teams to develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies based on fan behavior, purchase history, engagement, geography, and interests.
  • Partner closely with Product and Technology to prioritize product improvements that drive growth and member value.
  • Use member behavior, feedback, and performance data to inform new features, benefits, and experiences.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Ticketing, Ecommerce, Social, Content, Events, and Partnerships to maximize member acquisition and engagement opportunities.
  • Own membership forecasting, performance reporting, and senior leadership readouts, including key growth drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Establish repeatable processes and operating cadences for campaigns, renewals, benefit launches, event activations, and major WWE moments

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Rate Minimum:

$112,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable State/local minimum salary thresholds)

Hiring Rate Maximum:

$150,000 annually
