Spanish-Speaking Behavioral Health Therapist (MSW, LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a behavioral health professional to provide services at a partner adult day care center in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with additional telehealth opportunities available.

We are looking for a compassionate clinician to support adults and older adults through behavioral health assessment, counseling, and therapeutic interventions. Providers will deliver onsite services at the adult day care center and may also offer telehealth sessions based on client needs and scheduling availability.

We welcome applications from qualified professionals, including MSWs, LSWs, LACs, LPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and other eligible behavioral health providers, as well as recent graduates who meet applicable requirements for practice and supervision.

Because many of the individuals we serve communicate in Spanish, professional Spanish-language communication skills are preferred.

Schedule & Location

Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

• Onsite services typically needed 1-3 days per week
• Typical onsite hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Additional telehealth sessions may be scheduled based on provider availability and client needs
• Flexible scheduling available

Applicants should be able to provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, NJ on a consistent basis.

Compensation

$35-$45 per completed clinical session

Compensation is based on licensure, credentials, experience, and scope of practice.

Payment is provided for completed sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health services at a partner adult day care center and through telehealth when applicable
• Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and/or group counseling within the provider's scope of practice
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Utilize evidence-based and person-centered treatment approaches
• Collaborate with other members of the care team
• Support clients in achieving treatment goals and improving overall well-being

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
• Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish and English preferred
• New Jersey behavioral health credentials, including LSW, LAC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure/supervision, are welcomed
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Experience working with adults, older adults, or community-based populations is preferred but not required
• Ability to provide onsite services in Cherry Hill, NJ

All clinical duties will be assigned in accordance with the provider's qualifications, licensure status, scope of practice, and applicable supervision requirements.
