Description
Marketing Material Veeva Approval Management:
- Support the creation, submission, routing, and tracking of marketing materials through Veeva.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely reviews and approvals.
- Help maintain compliance with Alcon policies, regulatory requirements, and promotional guidelines.
- Identify and help resolve approval bottlenecks to support efficient material deployment.
Digital & Website Management
- Partner with the Digital team to maintain and update local MyAlcon websites.
- Support the migration of locally managed websites to compliant corporate platforms.
- Ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and regulatory compliance across Nordic digital channels.
- Assist with website content updates and digital asset management.
Demo Process Management
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of product demos across the Nordic region.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure efficient demo deployment and tracking.
- Maintain demo availability and support consistent product messaging in the market.
- Support process optimization and reporting related to demo activities.
Ad Hoc Marketing Support
- Provide tactical marketing support across product launches, campaigns, events, and commercial initiatives.
- Assist with internal communications, meeting coordination, and marketing projects.
- Support the marketing team in managing changing priorities and business needs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day marketing operations.
