Description
Ready to make a meaningful difference in a student’s school experience? Cross Country Education is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pembroke Pines, FL, to provide skilled nursing care and help a student safely and confidently participate in the 2026–2027 school year.
Position Overview
- Provide skilled nursing care in a school setting, including support with tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, and Peds and Ped Diabetic needs as applicable.
- Monitor the student’s condition, administer prescribed care, and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
- Accompany the student on school transportation when required to ensure continuity of care and safety.
- Collaborate with school staff and caregivers to support the student’s daily health needs and promote a safe, supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
- Active FL LPN License- REQUIRED
- AHCA Level 2 -REQUIRED
- CPR American Heart- REQUIRED
- Peds and Ped Diabetic knowledge REQUIRED
