Job Title: Junior Project Manager – Telekomunikacja
Job Location: Warsaw, Poland
Main Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of telecommunications projects, including equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.
Assist with technical checks and ensure that project activities are completed according to requirements.
Support the identification and resolution of technical issues, working closely with experienced team members.
Participate in activities related to network upgrades, service migration, and the implementation of new solutions.
Learn about Huawei products and technologies and support their implementation in customer projects.
Coordinate daily project activities and cooperate with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
Regularly communicate project progress, potential risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
Support project planning, task coordination, and follow-up to help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Requirements:
Good command of English, both spoken and written, and the ability to communicate effectively in an international working environment.
Good communication skills, including the ability to share updates, ask questions, report potential issues, and follow up on tasks.
A proactive attitude, a strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to learn and develop.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Project coordination or project management experience is welcome and will be considered a strong advantage.
An educational background in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or a related field is welcome but not required.
Basic knowledge of telecommunications or related technologies is an advantage, but a willingness to learn is equally important. Relevant areas include:
o Core Networks: basic understanding of telecommunications network systems.
o Wireless Networks: 2G, 3G, LTE, or 5G technologies.
o IP Networks: basic networking concepts, such as TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
o Transmission Networks: optical networks and DWDM.
o Digital Power: power supply systems, UPS, photovoltaics, and energy solutions for mobile base stations.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional team.
