  • Create meaningful customer and business impact by connecting service performance, customer value, retention, and profitable growth.
  • Build and develop a strong CPM organization, strengthening strategic account leadership, financial acumen, cross-product expertise, and executive engagement.
  • Help shape how we work, driving standard platforms, automation, AI adoption, and new ways of working that improve customer outcomes and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set strategy and own outcomes by translating regional and customer priorities into clear vertical strategies, account roadmaps, and measurable objectives.
  • Protect and grow existing business by overseeing renewals, customer sentiment, revenue at risk, and recovery plans while partnering with Sales on optimization, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
  • Drive customer performance and value through strong KPI and SLA governance, customer-aligned roadmaps, value pipelines, and disciplined action on performance gaps.
  • Build executive customer partnerships through forward-looking engagement that connects performance, strategy, realized value, and future opportunities.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams across Sales, CX, Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, and global account leadership to resolve competing priorities and deliver commitments.
  • Strengthen commercial and financial performance by acting on insights related to revenue, volume, profitability, leakage, and cost-to-serve.
  • Lead and develop the CPM organization, building capability, accountability, succession, and a culture of ownership, collaboration, and constructive challenge.

Who We Are Looking For

We recognize that experience comes in many forms. If you don’t meet every qualification, we still encourage you to apply.

  • Senior leadership experience in customer program management, integrated logistics, or supply chain, with ownership of multi-account outcomes across products, functions, and geographies.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including account P&L, revenue, volume, profitability, contract fulfillment, cost-to-serve, and leakage.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and integrated logistics, including account planning, KPI/SLA governance, retention-risk management, and value realization.
  • Strong judgement, data fluency, structured problem-solving, and concise executive communication, combined with practical understanding of how digital tools, automation, and AI can improve decisions and scale solutions.
