Investigate/demo new platforms and identify features within existing platforms, including the department’s AI tools, that improve efficiency in connection with contract lifecycle management, billing and knowledge management.
- Litigation Tracking: Track all pending litigation, including keeping track of outside counsel budget for pending cases and risk assessment, and serving as point of contact for Finance and the legal department of Condé Nast’s parent company, Advance.

- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Design and curate executive-level dashboards delivering actionable real-time insights on operational velocity, contract turnaround times, intake trends, and compliance metrics.
- Compliance Support: Provide operational support to the compliance function, helping to facilitate smooth workflows, policy management, and tracking of initiatives.

- Innovation & Execution Mindset: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation programs, automating legacy processes, and driving technology adoption across diverse global teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong track record of working effectively alongside finance teams, IT/Security, and in-house attorneys.
- Technology Mastery: Hands-on expertise administering modern legal tech solutions (e.g., CLM, e-billing, AI-assisted review tools, workflow engines) and leveraging legal analytics platforms.
- Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree required. Professional certifications (e.g., CCEP, paralegal certificate) are a plus.
