▽AutoTEM team

TEM観察レシピを開発し、TEM解析結果、元素分析結果をTD技術者達と議論し、デバイスプロセスのメカニズムを明らかにしていきます。

・Autoで安定して実行することのできる、レシピを作成します。

・各リクエストの内容を依頼元と議論し、依頼元の求めているものを理解し、高品質なTEM解析を行います。

・業務効率アップの為、新しい手段を考え、より効率の良い方法を見つけます。

・AI対応, AI活用

▽PFA team

プローブテストで不良になった箇所を、電気的解析で絞り込みや、マニュアルTEM観察、元素分析結果をまとめTD技術者達と議論し、デバイスプロセスのメカニズムを明らかにしていきます。

・電気的解析(EMMI/NanoProbe/Tester)、物理解析(物理研磨/FIB/TEM/SEM/EELS・EDS/PED/APT/Holography)

・案件内容の把握、解析手法の選択をし実行します。

・各リクエストの内容を依頼元と議論し、依頼元の求めているものを理解し、高品質なTEM解析を行います。

・起こっている現象の要因解析や根本原因の追究。

AIやデータ分析ツールを活用した業務改善および課題解決/Leveraging AI and Data Analytics Tools for Business Improvement and Problem Resolution
