Location: 23 Shackleford Dr., Suite A, Little Rock, AR 72211
Are you friendly, dependable, and enjoy working with people? Ashcraft Orthodontics is looking for a motivated Patient Services Representative to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the dental field. No dental experience is required!
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Full-Time
What You'll Do:
Welcome patients and provide a friendly, positive experience.
Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Check patients in and out.
Assist with patient records and general front office duties.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
What We're Looking For:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
No dental experience required!
Recent high school graduates are encouraged to apply.
Friendly, professional, and dependable.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
