The Business Lead Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Developing individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD’s), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
• Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
• Providing implementation / post-implementation project support
• Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members
• Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Recommended Qualifications:

• 6-10 years experience
• must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritise is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
• Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
• Desire to improve processes
• Advanced working knowledge in the Equities IT space and exposure to Cash Prime Brokerage flows.
• Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
• Ability to quickly grasp and understand new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
• Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
• Team player and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design
• Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of the SDLC

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Liderar la coordinación y supervisión de iniciativas de Business Control Management para Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), asegurando una adecuada gestión de procesos, gobernanza, riesgos operativos y controles de negocio. La posición fungirá como un enlace estratégico entre las áreas de negocio, riesgo, operaciones y funciones corporativas para garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares internos, fortalecer la eficiencia operativa y contribuir al logro de los objetivos estratégicos de CIB.

## Responsabilidades Principales

• Coordinar las actividades de Business Control Management para las diferentes líneas de negocio de CIB.
• Supervisar la implementación y seguimiento de procesos, controles y estándares de gobernanza del negocio.
• Dar seguimiento a iniciativas estratégicas y proyectos transversales que involucren múltiples áreas dentro de CIB.
• Actuar como punto de contacto entre las áreas de negocio, Riesgo, Operaciones, Finanzas, Tecnología y otras funciones corporativas.
• Apoyar la gestión y seguimiento de programas de MCA (Managers Control Assessment) y otras iniciativas de control interno.
• Coordinar auditorías internas y externas, así como el seguimiento oportuno de observaciones y planes de acción.
• Gestionar procesos relacionados con proveedores, documentación, políticas y procedimientos del negocio.
• Elaborar reportes ejecutivos, presentaciones y materiales para comités de dirección y foros de gobernanza.
• Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño, riesgos y controles para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
• Promover la simplificación, estandarización y mejora continua de procesos operativos y de control.

### Escolaridad

• Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración, Economía, Contaduría, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
• Deseable posgrado o especialización en Administración de Riesgos, Finanzas o Gestión de Negocios.

### Experiencia

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en Banca Corporativa, Banca de Inversión, Riesgo Operacional, Business Management, Control Interno o áreas afines dentro del sector financiero.
• Experiencia interactuando con equipos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders senior.
• Experiencia en coordinación de proyectos e iniciativas transversales.
• Conocimiento de procesos de auditoría, gobierno corporativo y gestión de riesgos operativos.
• Experiencia elaborando análisis y presentaciones ejecutivas para alta dirección
