Primary Functions and Tasks:
Analyze national and international regulatory requirements, such as CRR, SolvV and Basel IV, and assess their impact on the reporting processes of financial institutions.
Create and maintain business concepts and process documentation.
Support the implementation of regulatory reporting solutions and interfaces.
Support the operational regulatory reporting activities of international financial institutions, including quality assurance and validation of reporting data.
Collaborate and communicate with internal departments and external clients.
Contribute to the further development of the regulatory reporting service offering.
We are looking for:
University degree with a focus on economics, business, finance, STEM or a comparable field. Banking-related training or additional relevant qualifications/certifications would be an advantage.
Several years of professional experience in regulatory reporting, with solid knowledge of key regulatory reporting areas such as FINREP, COREP and AnaCredit.
Experience with regulatory frameworks and their implementation in reporting processes.
Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working, combined with an interest in process optimization, automation and AI.
Experience with regulatory reporting tools such as Abacus360, BAIS or similar solutions, as well as databases, and the ability to quickly learn new applications.
Very good German and good English language skills.
