Description
Join our IT/PMO team to lead strategic IT and data initiatives that will shape how business data is stored, accessed and used across the organization. You’ll be responsible for moving historical and operational data from legacy systems into a dedicated data platform, as well as moving existing business reporting to a new reporting solution. Throughout, you’ll make sure data stays accurate, accessible and trusted.
This role lets you work where business and technology meet, coordinating data owners, analysts, engineers and external partners. You’ll balance scope, risks, timelines and data quality requirements, and make sure business users can keep relying on the data and reports they need every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT projects end to end, from requirements gathering and planning through execution, validation, go-live and handover to support.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, quality, risks, issues and dependencies.
Partner with business stakeholders, architects and product managers to identify, analyze and document requirements, and define effective business solutions.
Align business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external delivery partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead project governance, including steering committees and management reporting.
Maintain project documentation and share knowledge and experience across teams.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience leading IT projects, preferably in data or BI domains.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid project delivery methods.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, the software development lifecycle, IT architecture and systems integration principles.
Strong planning, budgeting, reporting and risk management skills.
Ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Fluency in English language.
It would be an advantage if you have:
Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, AgilePM, Scrum Master or equivalent.
We Offer:
Professional development, training, and career opportunities within the Kesko Senukai Group;
Additional health insurance after 6 months of employment;
Bonuses ranging from €600 to €1,700 for referring friends who are successfully hired;
SMART NET Gold loyalty program membership, with access to exclusive offers and discounts;
A partner discount platform with even more exclusive offers;
Additional benefits for important life events, such as the birth of a child, marriage, or bereavement;
An additional day off for your birthday;
Comprehensive onboarding, as well as a supportive and proactive team;
Team-building activities and company events.
Salary:
€3300 – €4500 gross (before taxes). Final compensation will be determined individually based on the candidate's experience.
