Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is part of Circle K's Global Finance organization and is responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations

Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player, who would like to join our team as:
Specialist Credit with Norwegian language skills in debt collection team
Type of Employment: Permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices;
- Collaborate with Business units and external debt collection agencies;
- Prepare and analyze weekly debt aging portfolio and define debt collection actions;
- Serve customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings;
- Balance confirmations for customers;
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency;
- Assist with internal and external audits;
- Participate in improvement projects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Degree in accounting or related field;
- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);
- Fluency in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with colleagues in Europe;
- Fluency in Norwegian (both – oral and written) to communicate with partners in Norway;
- Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality;
- Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
