As an Inside Technical Solutions Specialist, you will provide technical expertise and support to customers, sales teams and suppliers throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial RFQ and technical enquiry through quotation, order execution and shipment.

You will interpret customer specifications and technical requirements and translate them into practical, cost-effective solutions, working closely with customers and internal and external stakeholders.

The position reports to the Technical Solutions Manager Europe and is part of the European Technical Solutions team and is based onsite in Warsaw, Poland.

What You'll Do

• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions by reviewing specifications, drawings and application requirements and recommending practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Support customers and sales teams throughout the quotation process, providing technical guidance, clarifications, documentation and commercial proposal support.
• Manage technical project execution from RFQ through shipment, coordinating quotations, orders, change orders, technical clarifications and project deliverables.
• Collaborate across customers, sales, suppliers, procurement and internal teams to ensure technical and commercial requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement by following standard work, delivering against key KPIs and metrics and supporting improvements to processes, tools and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant technical education and/or practical experience in engineering, technical sales support, application engineering, proposal engineering, project engineering or a comparable technical role.
• Strong technical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to interpret customer specifications and translate requirements into appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the confidence to work effectively with customers, sales teams, suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A structured, proactive and customer-focused working style, with the ability to independently manage priorities and deliver against deadlines and KPIs.
• Good digital skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP or other business systems.
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce, particularly within technical quotation, project, order management, or customer support processes.
• Knowledge of filtration technologies, pressure vessels, industrial processes or process equipment
• German and/or Polish language capability considered an additional advantage due to close collaboration with the German team and the Warsaw location.
• Degree in Mechanical, Process, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline, together with experience in Energy, Chemical, Manufacturing, Process, or other industrial environments.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role is 240k – 285k PLN. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
