Penzeys Spices has a part-time position available for our store in Philadelphia.
If you already know about Penzeys, Hooray! If not, truth be told, we see business a little bit differently than most. Yes, stores are about selling things. At Penzeys we believe one of those things is ideas. Ideas for equity and equality, ideas for justice, ideas for a better world.
From our experience, engaging Cooks within a community moves positive change further, faster, than pretty much anything else.
Maybe your experience is in retail. Maybe your experience is in community activism. Maybe it's somewhere else. But if you're thinking that maybe the right place for you is at the forefront of transforming business into a positive force for good, it would make us happy if you applied for this job.
