Description
Salary range: $80K - $100K
We are seeking an Operations Associate to support the Head of Operations at a legal technology startup and law firm that manages high-volume plaintiff-side legal campaigns.
The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting case intake, claim review, quality assurance (QA), client outreach, and marketing activities. This role will also focus on identifying and implementing process improvements using automation tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), and proprietary software.
The ideal candidate is resourceful, comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, and experienced in process improvement and automation.
Key Responsibilities

Support case intake and claim review processes.

Perform quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Coordinate client outreach activities.

Support marketing and operational tasks.

Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes.

Implement process improvements using automation tools and LLMs.

Utilize proprietary software and technology tools to improve operational efficiency.

Support the Head of Operations with day-to-day operational activities.
Required Qualifications

Strong experience with process improvement and automation.

1–5 years of experience as an Operations Associate or in Business Operations.

Valid U.S. work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.

Ability to work Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a startup environment, particularly high-growth companies.

Experience in legal technology, fintech, or other fast-growing startup environments.

Education from a top-tier university, particularly for recent graduates.

Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
