As a global leader in brazed plate heat exchangers, our mission is to drive the transition toward a greener world. Our headquarters is located in Landskrona, Sweden, but our work and ideas reach the entire world.

About the role

As an HR student with us, you will become part of our dedicated HR team of 14 people. We are currently looking for two students for different specializations: HR Data & Analytics and Digital HR. You will work globally within your area and drive projects in close collaboration with colleagues in both HR and communications. Our goal is to develop our HRIS and information systems to enhance the employee experience.

HR Data & Analytics

In this role, the focus is on HR statistics, analysis and reporting to help us become more data-driven. You will manage databases and statistics to transform numbers into clear HR insights. For this position, we are looking for someone who is skilled in Excel. Experience with, or an interest in, PowerBI and data visualization is a major plus.

Digital HR

This is a broader HR role with a digital focus. Your mission will be to develop our digital workflow for employee inquiries (AskHR), where most of the communication is in English. The goal is to simplify information flows, support our global Workday implementation and produce engaging employee communication.

• Are studying HR, Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field
• Have at least one year remaining of your studies
• Have excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Have a genuine interest in people and organization
• Are curious, detail-oriented and comfortable taking initiative
• Thrive in an environment where you get to work both independently and in teams
• Are interested in digital transformation and the development of global HR systems
• Can easily commute to our office in Landskrona

You will be based at our new headquarters, located just a few minutes walk from Landskrona station.

This is a part-time job (15-20 hours/week) with flexible hours to fit your studies. The contract is initially for 6 months, with the possibility of an extension. Start date is flexible.
