Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee location-level business performance, driving positive membership growth, retention, and healthy studio P&L, including labor and expense management
- Lead, recruit, and mentor salaried leaders and front-of-house teams to build a culture of accountability, ownership, and premium hospitality
- Conduct regular audits across programming, equipment, and studio operations to maintain top-tier service delivery
- Partner with program managers and executive leadership to align daily execution with long-term strategic brand goals
- Serve as the final decision-maker for escalated staff, guest, or operational challenges
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years in a senior manager or General Manager role
- Demonstrated track record managing business operations, P&L, labor, and revenue growth in hospitality, fitness, or boutique retail
- Exceptional team leadership and emotional maturity, with proven success coaching, mentoring, and holding teams accountable
- Deep commitment to delivering a personalized, premium customer experience
- Strong financial acumen, operational discipline, and proficiency with metric-driven management
