Dein Aufgabenbereich:

• Technische und organisatorische Produktionsleitung der PR3
• Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse
• Personalverantwortung für den produktiven Bereich PR3 inkl. Instandhaltung
• Kosten- und Ergebnisverantwortung, sowie Budgetplanung für Kostenstellen
• Optimierung bestehender und Realisierung neuer Serienfertigungseinrichtungen
• Mitarbeiter_innenqualifikation und -entwicklung
• Koordination der Produktbetreuer_innen und GVs
• Effizienzsteigerung in allen relevanten Prozessen

​Deine Qualifikationen:

• Abgeschlossene Technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL oder FH)
• Gute Kenntnisse des Prozessmanagement
• Gute Kenntnisse des Projektmanagements
• Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung von Prozessabläufen
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
• Gute Kenntnisse in der Problemlösung und Moderation
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ERP System
• MS Office
• Verhandlungssprache Englisch
• Kenntnisse Automotive Core Tools
• Kenntnisse des Automotive Regelwerkes IATF 16949
