Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
- Accurately take and enter orders using the POS system
- Prepare and assemble food-menu items to company quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining, kitchen, and service areas
- Food prep and cooking, including proper handling of ingredients
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Support team goals by staying proactive and engaged during busy periods
- Participate in opening, closing, and shift change duties
- Take direction from leadership and complete additional tasks as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- 50% discounted meals while on duty
- Prior restaurant or customer service experience is required
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with kitchen equipment and handling food
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
