The Position

The Employee Lifecycle Management team focuses on P&C lifecycle support and provides customer service and advisory support to P&C and business partners on global P&C systems and processes and ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business.

As an Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist, you will join our collaborative People and Culture team to provide vital advisory support, ensuring seamless and efficient end-to-end processes for our global workforce. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence our organizational culture by applying customer-centric principles that enhance the daily lives of our employees and support the overall success of the business.


 

The Opportunity

Operational Excellence & Data Integrity

  • Maintain accurate People and Culture system data to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance.

  • Manage administrative activities for complex termination processes, based on the requirements of the Roche social plan. 

Advisory & Stakeholder Management

  • Resolve complex inquiries, acting as a primary point of contact to provide proactive advisory support to business partners.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and global peers to drive global process consistency.

Continuous Improvement & Impact

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing service interactions to identify and implement process enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve the overall end-to-end user experience.

  • Apply customer-centric principles to actively enhance daily employee interactions and support broader business success.


 

Who you are

  • 2-5 years of experience in People and Culture service delivery or customer care is required, with a proven ability to manage high-volume transactional processes effectively.

  • A strong ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt seamlessly to organizational changes thrives in a fast-paced, matrix-structured environment.

  • Excellent English and fluent German communication skills enable the clear conveyance of complex information and the maintenance of positive relationships with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in standard IT applications, specifically Google Suite and Workday, is essential, alongside a diligent approach to maintaining high levels of data accuracy.

  • A deep commitment to customer centricity allows for the proactive application of an "end-to-end" mindset to improve service delivery and enhance the user experience.

  • Growth-oriented thinking drives the continuous identification of process enhancements, workflow simplification, and the learning of new methodologies.

  • Certification as an HR Specialist (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education or an equivalent relevant HR qualification) is preferred.
