The Pay & Perks:

• Average Earnings: $1,756 weekly average ($91.3K target per year)
• High Mileage Rates: Earn $0.82 to $0.88 CPM based on your experience

• Per-Load Breakdown: $340 load pay (~3 turns/wk) + $25 backhaul pay

Schedule & Route Setup:

• Your Choice: Pick a Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday shift
• Weekend Home Time: Guaranteed 34-hour reset every week (Sat/Sun or Sun/Mon)
• Operating Territory: WI, IA, MN, MI, IN, and Northern KY
• Equipment: Automatic 53' sleeper truck (park at home allowed)

Driver Qualifications & Hiring Criteria

• Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience in the last 6 months.
• Licensing & Physicality: Active Class A CDL, valid DOT Medical Card, and physical ability to perform roller hand-unloads at retail stops.
• Screening: Clean MVR & background check. Must pass standard pre-employment DOT drug screening (urine & hair).
