JOB SUMMARY:
The Site Admin provides departmental administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling requests for information, receiving visitors, preparing travel schedules, arranging calls and scheduling meetings. Supports a medium to large team or a senior level manager. Works under broad supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Shall be responsible for payroll, accounts receivable and payable, onboarding new employees, on-site HR, handling all mail, and managing all invoicing.
Shall also assist the site manager in producing and submitting accurate reports.
Must be well-versed in the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
Manage and coordinate the schedules and appointments of the department.
Compile and prepare reports as required, ensuring due dates are met
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License
Three (3) or more years administrative support experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient with the Microsoft Suite: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High degree of initiative, follow-through, and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
Ability to interface with personnel at all levels directly or virtually.
Ability to manage confidential data.

Pay Range:
$42,100.00 - $64,500.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
