  • Review and verify safety-related documentation such as permits (Confined Space, LOTO, Energized/Close Proximity Work) and driver logs.
  • Prepare reports and maintain records related to investigations, audits, permits, and safety documentation; ensure timely and accurate completion of all required submissions.
  • Represent the company during client safety meetings, audits, and third-party reviews at the site level.
  • Support client and contractor safety professionals as needed; serve as the on-site safety liaison for client-driven safety initiatives.
  • Participate in monthly internal Safety Committee meetings and represent field safety operations during committee discussions.
  • Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to Field Safety Representatives and field personnel on safety initiatives and compliance expectations.
  • Conduct and oversee safety and compliance training including Safety Orientations, Equipment Operation, Forklift, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, First Aid/CPR, and DOT compliance.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct jobsite safety meetings; attend daily, weekly, and client-mandated meetings as required.
  • Support the Safety Manager in development and continuous improvement of safety programs, standards, and best practices.
  • Advise the Safety Manager and operations leadership in developing safety policies, procedures, and accident prevention strategies.
  • Submit daily safety activity reports and site visit lookahead schedules to the Safety Manager.
  • Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested.
