you in? Your role In this position ,  you  will oversee  one of the world's largest Automotive

High-Voltage Discrete SiC Power Product  Portfolios as an  application  engineer with a focus on systems such as OBC/DCDC, AUX drives,  and other  non -inverter

HV loads. Key responsibilities in your new role Identify and evaluate new system

concepts, topologies ,  and application scenarios  (e.g. in OBC, DC-DC converters, dual stage vs. single-stage matrix topologies) and define the requirement trends  for  our next - generation SiC technologies and packages  to enable system innovation  for  our customers Finalize and own the product requirements  as input for development projects. Inputs come from our customers as well as  our  internal

global system expert network, or need to be assumed by you.  Identify  the optimal product concept together  with our concept engineers if

trade-offs are to be taken into account Serve as the primary technical

interface for our lead customers who apply our products in  the  early

sampling stage in their next - generation  system development;  learn  together  with them  and provide in-depth  technical design-in support. To do so ,  you  will collaborate closely  with our key development (R&D) experts Promote our new products in development  to  our  customers  with ambition and  a  clear

value proposition which you  have

identified.  Assess new customer Requests for Information or Quotation (RfI/RfQ), select  the  best - fitting

product, identify special customer requirements ,  and address  them  internally Develop and deliver technical

presentations, publications,  conference  talks,

and trainings for product promotion and positioning  Apply structured problem-solving methods (e.g., 8D) to resolve complex technical challenges, leveraging cross-functional expert networks Act as a technical expert lead within the team, share knowledge,  and  coach and mentor team members on device

behavior, technology aspects, application know-how ,  and how to drive decisions  collaboratively  Actively contribute to intellectual property generation and technical innovation Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  A degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Physics or a related

field Typically  7+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics design,

development ,  and testing  with a strong focus on DC-DC converter topologies, PFC,  and  SMPS, ideally including OBC

applications Proven expertise in High - Voltage SiC discrete devices , including  a  deep

understanding of device behavior, technology characteristics ,  and electro-mechanical integration Demonstrated ability to structure

and solve complex technical problems using systematic approaches such as 8D Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to challenge ideas  constructively ,

balance risks and opportunities ,  and drive decisions  collaboratively  in a global organization Advanced communication skills combined with a strong team - player and customer-first mindset Excellent communication and

presentation skills in English — clear, convincing ,  and effective across customer and internal audiences We

offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance,

experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the

collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and
