OSIS is seeking a Billing Tech II to execute revenue cycle workflows and foster strong relationships with our valued Members and RCR Customers. This full-time, remote position offers the opportunity to grow professionally, contribute meaningfully, and collaborate with a dynamic team—all while working from the comfort of your home.

What You’ll Do

• Perform end-to-end revenue cycle tasks: transactions, AR, coding, reconciliations, denials, appeals, and more
• Navigate federal, state, and payer websites to support billing and compliance
• Research coding and billing requirements to ensure accurate submissions
• Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs and support organizational goals
• Participate in committees, mentor junior team members, and support training initiatives
• Analyze workflows and recommend best practices using NextGen PM

What You'll Bring

Required:

• 2+ years of healthcare billing experience
• 2+years' experience with NextGen
• Familiarity with clearinghouses and healthcare portals
• Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT coding
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals

Preferred:

• Experience with FQHC, dental, and behavioral health billing
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with NextGen EPM, EDR, and Optical
• NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) or willingness to certify within 6 months

Work From Home Requirements & Schedule

• Cable or Fiber Internet with minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps

• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends)

• Limited travel: 5–10 days/year

Compensation Range

Hourly Rate Range: $17.88 - $26.83
