Floating Leasing Consultant | Greer, SC

Rentyl Apartments & Homes is seeking an outgoing, sales-driven Floating Leasing Consultant to support three communities in the Greer, SC area. This position will rotate between all three properties based on business and staffing needs - Vines Creek, Dillard and Greenville.

The ideal candidate enjoys sales, meeting new people, and creating an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents. You should be comfortable working in different environments, building relationships quickly, and following up with prospective residents to close leases.

This is a floating position and requires weekly travel between three properties - Vines Creek, Dillard and Greenville.

Responsibilities

• Provide leasing support across three apartment communities
• Respond to prospective residents by phone, text, email, and online inquiries
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into property tours
• Conduct engaging and personalized apartment and community tours
• Close leases and contribute to occupancy goals
• Build positive relationships with residents and support resident retention
• Maintain timely and consistent prospect follow-up
• Assist with social media, marketing, and community outreach
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
• Work 3-4 weekends per month, with two days off during the week

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Comfortable communicating and following up with prospects by phone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
• Ability to adapt quickly while working across multiple properties
• Comfortable using computers, apps, and online systems
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned properties
• Ability to work 3-4 weekends per month

Apartment leasing or property management experience is preferred, but candidates with strong sales or customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
