Product Strategy & Operations Manager

Purpose Own the tracking, analysis, and validation of product initiatives across the app portfolio. This role answers two questions for leadership on a continuous basis: are the things we planned on track, and is what we are shipping actually working?

## Tareas

**Portfolio initiative tracking**

• Maintain a single, current view of every product initiative across the portfolio: owner, hypothesis, status, expected impact
• Surface stalls, dependencies, and blockers before they become delays
• Run the review cadence with product leadership

**Experiment validation**

• Independently assess whether experiment results support the conclusions drawn from them
• Check sample size, duration against metric lag, variable isolation, stopping rules, and metric selection
• Challenge weak reads directly with the owning PM
• Maintain the standard for what counts as a valid result

**Analysis and recommendation**

• Identify patterns across the portfolio: what is working repeatedly, what is failing repeatedly, where effort is misallocated
• Produce written recommendations leadership can act on
• Flag initiatives that should be stopped

**Measurement partnership**

• Work with the MMP Analytics Manager & PMs to ensure analysis rests on verified data
• Escalate measurement gaps that make initiatives unassessable

## Requisitos

• Can independently judge whether an experiment result is valid: power, duration, variable isolation, stopping rules, metric selection
• Can get to an answer without an analyst intermediating, and knows when the answer is wrong: what a cohort is anchored on, why two sources disagree, when a sample is too small, when a metric lags the change
• Thinks at portfolio level, not project level
• Writes clearly enough for leadership to act without rewriting
• Comfortable being unpopular

**Good to Have**

• Subscription or mobile app domain knowledge (retention curves, LTV, trial mechanics) Consulting background: structure, executive presence, portfolio habits
• Prior experience inside a product organisation
• Python or equivalent beyond basic analysis
• Has built a tracking system rather than inherited one
